14. Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

Recipe Method:


1. In a bowl, join the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey or earthy colored sugar, and cornstarch. Blend well to make the teriyaki sauce and put it away.


2. In an enormous skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high intensity. Add the cubed tofu and sear until it becomes brilliant brown and marginally firm. Eliminate the tofu from the skillet and put it away.


3. In a similar skillet, add somewhat more sesame oil if necessary, and sauté the minced ginger and garlic until fragrant.
