Ingredients:


For the Teriyaki Salmon:


1. 4 salmon fillets


2. 1/2 cup soy sauce


3. 1/4 cup mirin (Japanese sweet rice wine)


4. 2 tablespoons sake (Japanese rice wine) or dry white wine


5. 2 tablespoons brown sugar


6. 2 cloves garlic, minced


7. 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger


8. Sesame seeds for garnish


9. Green onions, sliced, for garnish


For the Stir-Fried Vegetables:


1. 2 cups broccoli florets


2. 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced


3. 1 carrot, julienned


4. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil


5. Salt and black pepper to taste


For the Bowls:


1. Cooked jasmine rice


Recipe Method:


Teriyaki Salmon:


1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, mirin, sake, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the teriyaki marinade.


2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour half of the teriyaki marinade over them. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.


3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the marinated salmon fillets for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
